Setzt einen Hotbar-Slot

Gedacht um bestimmte Hotbar Slots auszuwählen. (z.B. für Makros)

Hinweis: Die Hotbar-Slots sind 0-8 (9 Slots) und nicht 1-9 wie im Spiel.
